Year Wines Fiano 2023

This is one tremendous small batch Fiano.

Wild fermentation and partial oak ageing add some detail and flavour levels, but this is essentially a crowd-pleasing medium-bodied citrusy white, showing again what an excellent variety Fiano can be in warm Australian regions.

Featuring some waxy, creamy lemon curd characters, underpinned by a good acid line that runs throughout the wine, it's stellar stuff from McLaren Vale.
