Base model Chardy, no leather seats here. Great value, well defined stone fruits with some minerality. Easy to like!

Notes from the winemaker:

WINEMAKING: The fruit is whole cluster crushed,
pressed then drained off into tank for settling.
Primary fermentation takes place in barrique
and tank with approx. 15% new oak used.

SOIL: Volcanic top soil with varying limestone
and basalt and flint stone depending on site.

NOSE: Cream, white peach, citrus vanillin brioche.
PALATE: Brioche, mineral, Peaches, lime and cream.
