Good Intentions Wine Co Mount Gambier Pinot Noir 2023

This wine consists of 3 vineyards. Blend of mv6 and d5v12. Shows the 3 soil profiles of Mt Gambier region- Volcanic soils (square mile vineyard) which he used to manage. 

Kongorongs- Flint and limestone

Yahl estate- Clay soils over limestone. 

100% de-stemmed and kept on skins for 4 weeks maceration in tanks. Elevate in both tank and old natural French oak for 6 months. In our style this wine is light, soft and pretty with plush tannins. Fruit forward with mt Gambiers unique Pinot characteristics.
