Grape varieties
Most of the coupage is White Grenache but approximately 10% comes from varieties such as Viura and Airen.
Where do the grapes come from?
Mainly Tarragona (DO Terra Alta and DO Montsant) and also from the Penedes (Barcelona) area and La Mancha (Castilla La Mancha).

There are many, but we could highlight the following botanicals: vanilla, orange peal, anise, cardamom, nutmeg, laurel, oregano, fennel, sage…
Where do our barrels come from?
We use 20% American oak barrels and 80% French oak barrels. We like to use them of approximately 15 years old. Medium roast.
