FIERCE III Wild Blend

Everyone seemed to be holidaying in Europe this year, so we decided to bring a little European magic to your door. A bright, fresh red wine that drinks like a white wine. Serve Fierce III Wild Blend icy cold, refresh you glass and feel the vibes of that little tapas bar in San Sebastian.

Wild Blend, a red wine that drinks like a white. It has weight and texture like a red, a touch of sweetness on the palate and serves well when chilled, icy cold.
Fruit comprising of Shiraz, Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, Merlot and Sagrantino are blended to give aromatic and textural elements. Grapes sourced from our Rovalley Vineyard, located in the southern end of the Barossa Valley.
With a touch of residual sweetness, it will complement a multitude of spicy dishes. Try it with Thai, Vietnamese, Indian or Mexican. Sweetness takes away heat so you can dial up the spice.
Colour: Bright red
Nose: Perfumed and fragrant with smells of a rose garden and raspberries. It’s very pretty.
Palate: Juicey and fruity with flavours reminiscent of raspberry and peaches. It is bright and cheery with just a hint of lemony tang and a fine savoury texture.
Winemaking: This wine is about the art of blending. Its about team work and celebrating the sensory assets of each wine combined together to create something uniquely fruity. Each variety used within the Wild Blend is fermented and made separately and the individual wines only assembled together just prior to bottling. Oak flavour and influence is kept to a minimum, only there to add savouriness and texture rather than adding to the aromatics.
