Entropy Wines Riesling 2023

A note from the winemaker:

The wine comes from the old vine block in Warragul.
North facing slope, unirrigated vines on red volcanic soil.

A more classic, german, off dry style of riesling than the 2021 full of really beautiful ripe fruit, white flowers, pear, lime, nectarine, with residual sugar adding weight, depth and balance to the mouth watering acidity.
