Clos Du Moulin Aux Moines Pinot Noir 2022

A Pinot Noir from the historic winery Clos du Moulin aux Moines located in the heart of Burgundy, France, with roots dating back to the 10th century.

Bright ruby; red fruits and floral notes; vibrant palate with soft tannins and elegant finish. Clear fruit sweetness, silky and round tannin, slightly rough resistance on the palate. Grown in limestone soil. 

The vinification is done naturally, without sulphur and any input of any kind. Very few sulfites added before bottling when needed.

Pairs well with beef tartare or oyster mushrooms.
