Ben Haines 'Red' 2023

Style: A spicy, lightly structured, light-medium bodied blend of piquant freshness resonating at high frequency. Perfumed, lively summer fruits, fresh herbs, savoury spice and blue-flower lift. Gushing with juiciness,  lunchtime appropriate at 11% abv. 

Winemaking Notes: 85% Syrah – de-stemmed for whole berry ferment 
15% Pinot Noir – Combination of whole bunch and whole berry fermentations (70:30)
10 months elevage on lees before blending and bottling in February 2024.
