An elegant Tuscan wine made from 100% Sangiovese and aged for 18 months in tonneaux. This wine offers rich notes of blueberry, plum, and sweet spice, with a distinctive mineral touch that enhances food pairings. Complex aromas of iris and violets, red fruit and balsamic scents. Soft, elegant and well-smoothed tannins in the mouth. A true expression of the territory with well-balanced acidity and mineral tannins.

Produced by the historic Barone Ricasoli estate, the most representative wine producer in the Chianti Classico area. With its gentle hills, velvety valleys and thick woodlands of oaks and chestnuts, the 1,200 hectares of property include almost 240 hectares of vineyards and 26 of olive groves.
