The perfect light red. Made using carbonic maceration, rendering this wine oh-so-juicy with just enough structure due to the whole bunches. If you love Beaujolais Gamay, give this a try. The varieties here are Sangiovese, Barbera and Nero d’Avola.

About 5% of the fruit is destemmed and lightly crushed at the bottom of the tank, and the rest is all whole bunches creating a natural carbonic maceration effect. The juice is drained off daily to control the tannin and stalk characters.

The result is a super juicy red that loves a light chill and can function as a lighter option for cool weather drinking or pretty much the only red you’d want to drink on a hot day.
